About How to systemize and professionalize your property portfolio

The workshop is aimed at landlords who are self-managing their rental portfolios, who are looking to take back management of their properties from their lettings agents, or who are just getting started and want to grow with solid systems and processes in place.

It will be a jam-packed day where I will share ALL of our tips and strategies for how you can run a portfolio to a high standard without it becoming a second (or third!) full-time job. It took us years of trial and error to get it right, and now we manage our portfolio of 54 units in less than 5 hours a week. We want to help you save years of your time and eliminate the stress of owning a rental portfolio!

The workshop will give you everything you need to make your portfolio run more profitably and smoothly and will show you what systems to use, how to find and work with great VAs, walk you through the set up process for each aspect of your portfolio, give you the step by step implementation documents and check lists we've created, and lots more.

The course is capped at 15 to make sure everyone gets lots of hands-on support for their particular property needs, and you will leave with a step by step action plan to take the pain out of running your portfolio.

We will also provide 2 hours of follow-on support to help you work out any kinks that may arise as you implement what you've learned, and hold a Q&A webinar 6 weeks after the event for the whole group.

It's going to be an amazing (and brain-filling!) day, so we'll also be fuelling you with gourmet food and artisanal teas and coffees.
